I feel upset today. This is because in the morning, we went to HDB Branch Office requesting for help for the 3rd time HDB Loan.
Firstly, this appointment has been fixed two weeks ago but the Officer said he couldn't recall.
Secondly, he knew our difficulty in our current monthly installment, he wanted us to downgrade to 3 rooms flat. This is no problem for us.
But he wanted us to shift to Yishun. From Pasir Ris shift to Yishun?!
I told him, my working place is in Loyang ; my son study in Marine Parade and my daughter study in Pasir Ris. Transport is mostly our main problem.
He answered: "No problem, our country has MRT. Travel one side to another side only take an hour."
Does he really care for us in the first place? I'm really lost.
And I wanted to tell him this.
"People who
drive do not know the difficulties faced by the people who take the
public transport."
