I just read this article and find that very meaniful. How about you guy?

Lately it has been reported there are many new millionaires in Singapore. What make us a millionaire? Have a million dollors in the bank, own properties that are worth a million? Earn a million a year? How many of you are millionaires here?
Whatever it may be, Buddhist scriptures describe secular millionaires as people of a good family, possessing wealth, having dignity, being pure in their actions, exhibiting proper manners and enjoying great prestige.
If that is the case, if we are not yet a millionaire by secular rating, it is worthwhile for us to strive to acquire the virtures of these millionaires mentioned above and become a "Buddhist Millionaire'. In other words basing ourselves on faith, we can become wealthy people of virtue and influence and that we can be people who are widely respected. ......
For those who are not financially wealthy, let us live each day within our means. For those who are financially strong, hope you know how to use it wisely so as to causes for Kosen-rufu.
In conclusion:
  • 1) We need not be a millionaire to be a truly happy in life.
  • 2) If you are a businessman, work hard, pray and practise hard, know how to accumulate good future, in order to become successful.
  • 3) If you aspire to become a millionaire, by all means go ahead, but do not do so at the expense of your faith in the Gohonzon.
  • 4) If you are already a multi-millionaire, do not just keep it for yourself or your children, It will definitely be wiser if you know the way to eternalise your wealth and good forture by doing good deeds, eg. by contributing to the noble cause for kosen-rufu.

So long never update my blog. How is everybody? So sorry to say that last few weeks, I had no mood to blog. I challenged myself by chanting a lot of daimoku. At last my prayer has been answered. It happened last week when I went to my friend's house, helping her to file her documents. I saw one of the papers 'hiding' deep in her file. I read it, then asked her why she never read that piece of paper. I asked for her permission to let me have it and I have laminated 2 copies and returned one nice copy to her. The following is the detail of the paper, let me share with all of you.

I read this guidance daily and am encouraging her to read as well.
: ) Haha, by the way, counting down to 2 days before I will get my key for the new house. Hence this means that... ...
I WILL BE BUSY ... ... AGAIN!!!!!!!!!

CHEW TECK CHENG WRIXON (1991 - 2007)

尺寸 : 43"(1020) width x 36"(910)height want to sell. But if someone interested , maybe I can give away. Price S$15 to S$20.
