I HAVE SUCCEEDED!!!
My house has sold as what I have chanted for. My prayers have answered!
Please don't ask me the price. But most importantly, the buyer is not anxious in getting the house. They give me 60 days to look for new house and then do the transaction.
This is the right time for my daughter to finish her "O" Level this year, and my son can sit for his examinations. From today onwards, they are able to concentrate in their studies.

Hereby, I would like to thank Geraldine, Pui Cheng, Yu Xian, Esmond and Limei. Thank you them for chanting with me at night, prayers to me and tagging me on my blog to encourage me. In addition, thanks to Chua-San for giving me guidance and encouragement, and guiding me how to send my prayers to the Gohonzon. Next time, I will use these guidance on my members whom are in need of help.

Furthermore, I would also like to thank one of my best friends. Due to the conversation via
email these few days, there were some misunderstanding. However, it was these misunderstanding that allow me to become a much more stronger person in life. I will cherish this good friend and send my daily prayer to this friend for good health and happiness.

GOOD FRIENDS IN FAITH ~ " Good friends in faith essentially are sincere, honest people without a trace of deceit who guide others towards the correct path, toward good. They are also people who lend their assistance or support to us so that we can practice the True Law with assurance. If you become close to a person who makes you feel "the person is always glowing and animated" or "when I'm with that person I feel strong and secure", then your faith will naturally deepen and you will develop bountiful wisdom. In carrying out this Buddhist practice, encourtering good friends is the key to achieving Buddhahood. 97/28/91)

HOPE ~ " Faith is inextinguishable hope. The practice of faith is a struggle to realize our desires. The basis of this practice is prayer. Through prayer, hope turns into confidence. This spirit of confidence unfolds in three thousand ways, finally resulting in the attainment of our hope. Therefore, we must never give up.

SUCCESS ~ " Such things as money, fame and material possessions offer fleeting satisfactions that can be called relative happiness. However, when we transform our lives internally, when we develop within ourselves a brilliant inner palace, then we can be said to have established absolute happiness.

这几天压力大,昨晚又失眠了.担心屋子的估价,工作又烦GST and Net Services Charges.

In July, GST 加到 7%. 老板不要承担7%. They want customers to pay this GST. 又怕customers不来買东西. Sales go down. Net Service Charges 起1.7%. Before that is 0.55%. 这些种种都要你去想办法.好烦! 做boss的不敢面对现实,要你去面对.

还好6.00pm接到贵铃小妹的call, 告我屋子的估价有$360K. Very high. It is impossible.值得安慰一下. Hope that tonight no need to take sleeping pill. My chanting already suceed one way. Now must proceed to chant for the good deal. And I can get a house within this month. My daughter "O" level coming soon not to 1
disturb her study. How to get $$$ ??? $$$ very funny, is a rich man's world. HA HA!! Whose can sing this song ?

On the 14th, we had Leaders meeting. Our Chapter MD chief reported that till now, we have achieved 17 GR. He want us to chant for achieving 20 GR by the end of this month. We have promised our Sensei that we must achieve 20 GR by the end of the June'07. So now every leaders must fight for it.

For myself, I also use this to fight for the selling of my house. As the show flat response was good, until today there have been two families coming for 2nd viewing and the valuer came today as well. She is a young and friendly lady. Now, it is my challenge to chant and fight for the valuation to be as high as $370K, and that I must be able to sell my flat by end of this month.

Tomorrow (TODAY - after 12 midnight now) afternoon, there will be a visit to another PGR. Today, I chanted for her and another lady who is not in Singapore currently that they must receive the Gohonzon by this month.

We had practice this song for only 6 times.
Our gakkai spirit of itai-doshin (many in body, one in mind) can be seen.
Even when there are last minute or sudden changes, we will accept these without complaining.
We would like to thank our choir conductor, Lily, for her patience and sincerity in teaching us, even if we do not have a musical background.
Through this performance, beautiful moments we spent together will always stay.
Although many of us face challenges during the preparation, take me for example, my greatest challenge is to sell my flat and housing loan, we still persevere, without giving up, seeing our challenges as GREAT OPPORTUNITIES. Our spirit is just like this song, in which "ye hua" will never fall.

Hi! Everybody, two days never update my blog. Tonight so tired after finished doing the house cleaning. I used my son's handphone to take down these photos. This is the new Laptop which was bought last month. I bought the doll at the China Square. At first, I dont think it is nice but after looking at it these few weeks, I started to develop my love for this PIGBBONG. Pigbbong is always place infront of my laptop so that whenever I used the laptop, Pigbbong will always be with me. (: It is so adorable that when I pressed its heart, a song can be heard. Ha! Ha! The flower is my Valentine's present this year.

Yesterday and today feel sad. This morning went back to work, one of my male worker also noticed that I am in a sad mood. This is because of one question in my mind, somebody asked me why I set up the blog ,why I sign up the MSN and online chatting. Am I doing the wrong thing ? I just want to learn something. -"Hi-tech". If I am blogging at a younger age, I am sure nobody will ask me this type of question. But it's not too old to learn right? My children are happy to teach me and I enjoy learning too. In my blog, I can write down my feelings so I won't be limited to just the diary. Even the radio DJ,some whom are also of the same age as me,have their own blog. Although, my hubby don't know to read,I know that 'somebody" will read my blog and that somebody will understand my feeling.

Secondly, my sister-in-law go for operation today. She was very healthy most of the time but suddenly had to do such a big operation. Do you think it's true that older age must face this kind of problem?

Tomorrow must wake up early(600am), because tomorrow is PD sport day. I am the ex-sunshine auntie go back and help them. I really miss my PD LC . Hope to see their cute face and listen to their lovely voice. I must take more photos and post to my blog.

On the 10th June another sunday, is our 56th year WD anniversary day. Me and few of my SA sisters will go to stage and performance Janpenses song. Very excited. All my tickets have given out to all of my friends who are not chanting. Hope to see them on that day and they will enjoy it. This year I target 5 GR. Now already have one received. Left 4, must work hard.
