29/11/07, today is
19th day in this new place. Just came back from the Police Post due to the changing of NRIC address. We waited for 1 hour due to the "long queue". Today, very good business as 3 families before us did their police report. Only our family was just to change the address. They stated that changing of address will only take 15 minutes. However, we waited for an hour.
Last night, I talked to the contructor whether they can do a bi-fold toilet door for my friend. This bi-fold door is for my upgrading bedroom. We do not want to change the bathroom door in my master bedroom . Hence I have taken the goods to give my friend.
I then asked this man to install for my friend and paid him the amount. But he rejected. The contructor not only want to supply the goods, but installation as well. He talked a lot of rubbish.
Why do people nowadays only talk about money??What they concern is $ and more $$$. But I tried my best explaining to him, and that the PVC bi-fold door is still in good condition. He than gave me a lump sum (about hundred over dollars). And he told me that PVC door usually cost over $400.
Aiyah, why so money-face? Dont care lah! Now I can solve this problem and let him do the door for my friend.
