Last few weeks learn from my friend to make the "Enzyme" (酵素). It is very good for our body. If you buy outside very expenditive. So I try to make myself. Use 3 Drangonfruits can make 2 small bottles. Each bottle only cost $4.20 + material S$2.00 .

Pic 3) Bottle A: put in all the items and wait for 7hrs (from 5pm) Can see the bubble coming up.

Pic 4) Bottle B also can see the bubble come up. Must wait for 3 to 4 days than taste it. Aft that wait for another 2 weeks than the "Enzyme" and the fruit will be ready to eat.

This afternoon, I also make mango pudding. I leart from my worker. He taught me how to use Ice-cream; wripped cream and ice to make pudding. Very nice, mmm... Not like outside, using coconut mike and jelly to make it. Although a bit sour cos I bought the mango 不熟. Haha!! who want to try it can email or tag me. I can sent him or her ..........
